How It All Began: Cristie Montgomery’s Vision

After experiencing the beautiful journey of surrogacy herself in 1989, Cristie Montgomery felt inspired to help others achieve their dream of parenthood. This passion led her to establish SPS in 1990.

Cristie envisioned a full-service surrogacy agency that would provide personalized support and care to both surrogates and intended parents.

Competitive Benefits

We offer one of the most competitive benefits packages in California, with compensation starting at $65,000 for first-time surrogates and $75,000 for experienced surrogates. Surrogates also receive $13,000 in guaranteed extras, including a signing bonus, a maternity clothing allowance, a wellness program, and more.
