Caitlin is a lifelong Southern California resident and lives with her husband and her son in Orange County. Caitlin brings with her over a decade of customer service experience and she is passionate about helping those around her. She enjoys making personal connections and finding ways to meet and exceed customer expectations while leaving a lasting impression.
Caitlin likes to spend time with her family and her dog Dakota. She loves kids, as she is one of five girls in her family and is an aunt to 11. Family is everything and Caitlin knew SPS was the place for her as Cristie and the team care most about truly wanting to help people achieve their goals of true happiness for their family. She came to SPS wanting to continue acts of service by helping families grow and being a part of the beautiful journey and the company that is Surrogate Parenting Services.
