Each surrogate in our program will get to work with Dr Jessica. Dr. Jessica Chellsen, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jessica is a pelvic floor rehabilitation specialist with experience working with pregnant and postpartum women of all fitness levels.
Each surrogate will have customized and evidenced-based programs for pelvic floor and full body strength and mobility that are safe during pregnancy.
